The mechanical basis of definition
Definition considers how many separate groups the defined centers form through complete channels. Centers connected into one group form Single definition. Two groups without a complete channel joining them form Split definition. Three and four groups are labeled Triple Split and Quadruple Split. With no defined centers, there is no definition.
Do not read it as a deficiency
Split definition does not mean something is missing or that another person must complete you. The system interprets it through themes of processing experience and encountering different connections. The number of groups does not measure intelligence, maturity, ability to live independently or relationship quality.
What to consider alongside it
Read definition alongside type, authority and actual channels. Matching two people only by Single or Split definition does not constitute a relationship analysis. Compare a theme with an everyday event and record observations that do not fit as well.
