Reflect on relationship needs and sharing with twelve monthly cards and one integration card. Compare your yearly journal with actual experience rather than a guaranteed outcome.
Calculation and interpretation method
The original deck contains 22 major and 56 minor arcana. You select cards from a shuffled deck without repeating a card within one spread. Orientation is random when reversed cards are enabled; otherwise cards are read upright. Selection serves a symbolic reflection exercise.
Leave room for both voices in a relationship journal
Read an overall focus and twelve monthly positions as headings for questions about relationship experience. Record one example concerning affection, sharing or a boundary each month. Keep the actual conversation separate from your interpretation rather than producing someone's answer from a card. Conditions can change with time; experience need not be reshaped to preserve the first explanation. The journal can make that change visible.
This spread does not calculate a relationship's duration or marriage date. Random monthly cards are not a calendar of relationship success. If observing a subject together, choose a mutually accepted trial and record each person's evaluation separately.
The card, orientation and spread position
A card's theme, its spread position and its upright or reversed reading contribute together. Explore inward attention or a difficulty with the theme rather than treating reversal as simply a negative outcome. Cards do not repeat within one spread; a new spread makes another random selection. The Met source explains history and structure, while the original questions here belong to Starmora's reading method. A note combining your question, card and actual experience can make the symbol more concrete.
