Draw a daily reflection theme from an original 78-card deck. Read the card's meaning, reversed orientation and reflection prompt without treating it as certain knowledge of the future.
Calculation and interpretation method
The original deck contains 22 major and 56 minor arcana. You select cards from a shuffled deck without repeating a card within one spread. Orientation is random when reversed cards are enabled; otherwise cards are read upright. Selection serves a symbolic reflection exercise.
Connect the daily card to one behaviour
Think of one situation before drawing today's card. Read its main theme and observation question, then choose an everyday example. A focus theme might invite writing which task will receive a short uninterrupted interval. At day's end, separately record what the card prompted and what you actually did. If revisiting the symbol tomorrow, this gives you an experience to compare rather than only a remembered feeling.
Each new draw is a separate selection; you need not draw again on the same day. Note a part that does not fit as well. A daily theme does not define the entire day or everyone you meet through one outcome. One observation can be enough.
The card, orientation and spread position
A card's theme, its spread position and its upright or reversed reading contribute together. Explore inward attention or a difficulty with the theme rather than treating reversal as simply a negative outcome. Cards do not repeat within one spread; a new spread makes another random selection. The Met source explains history and structure, while the original questions here belong to Starmora's reading method. A note combining your question, card and actual experience can make the symbol more concrete.
