STARMORA · HUMAN DESIGN

Read your nine centers through their connections.

Explore the nine centers and the difference between defined, undefined and completely open. Understand what BodyGraph colors do and do not describe.

Color alone is not enough

A center is defined when it is part of at least one complete channel. An undefined center can contain an active gate. A completely open center has no active gates. Applications may use different palettes; examining the connections before the colors gives a more reliable reading.

Undefined does not mean deficient

The system describes defined centers through more consistent themes and undefined areas through experiences that may vary with context. It does not establish superiority or inadequacy in an area. A center's name also does not establish anything about an organ's health.

Themes and reflection prompts

Head · questions and inspiration

Questions, curiosity and the pressure to find answers.

A small practice: Write down questions and choose which ones relate to something you actually need to address today.

Does every question need an answer now?

Ajna · making sense of information

Concepts, perspectives and the way information is interpreted.

A small practice: Separate facts, interpretations and assumptions; allow room for changing your view.

Do I know this, or am I working with an interpretation?

Throat · expression and visible action

Expressing, explaining and making something visible.

A small practice: Observe the timing and the listener's interest as well as the content of your words.

Is there room for this expression now?

G · direction and identity

Direction, belonging and the way you describe yourself.

A small practice: Note which aspects of yourself have room in a setting and which roles feel restrictive.

Can I express myself comfortably in this environment?

Will · value and commitment

Desire, self-worth, promises and allocating resources.

A small practice: Match promises with actual time and resources; reconsider commitments made only to prove your value.

Does this commitment come from desire or a need to prove myself?

Spleen · immediate awareness

Immediate impressions, habits and holding on; this is not information about an organ's health.

A small practice: Consider whether a familiar habit still serves its purpose today.

Am I keeping this because it is familiar or because it is useful?

Sacral · participation and work

Willingness to participate, a working rhythm and sustainable engagement.

A small practice: Include capacity and recovery time in your plans.

What is my actual capacity for this activity?

Solar Plexus · emotional experience

Feelings, relational sensitivity and experience changing over time.

A small practice: Record the situation and time alongside a feeling; avoid defining an entire relationship through one emotional state.

Which need can I recognize within this feeling?

Root · pressure and pace

Beginning, finishing and acting under pressure.

A small practice: Separate an actual deadline from the feeling that you must hurry.

Do I need to move faster, or just want to escape the pressure?
