Calculate work synastry using two saved birth charts. Explore Mercury, Mars and Saturn aspects, orbs and house overlays through work and communication prompts.

Create and save two astrology birth charts, then select them here. The calculation uses actual planetary degrees and houses. If you know only the Sun signs, start with the zodiac work-compatibility guides and return to this calculation when birth details are available.

Calculation and interpretation method

The first person's planets are compared with the second person's planets. House overlays are calculated separately in both directions; each person's own cusps are retained even if their house systems differ. The tool does not calculate a success percentage, a soulmate guarantee or a relationship outcome.

Test task sharing through one example

Examine one Mercury, Mars or Saturn contact concerning communication or responsibility. Choose a small shared task and agree on who starts, follows up and delivers it. One person may want an early start while another first wants clear criteria. Instead of ranking workers from a chart, observe the circumstances in which each contribution helps. Use that evidence to adjust the next task and keep the agreement explicit.

Do not treat a close aspect as an efficiency percentage. Account for meeting frequency, working time and task definition too. In feedback, state the behaviour observed. Using a planetary label as a verdict about someone's character can make task sharing less clear.

Retain both directions and both people's experience

Synastry compares actual longitudes across two charts. One person's planet in the other's house is a different calculation from the reverse overlay; each chart retains its birth time and house system. A placement's theme does not reveal another person's intention. Choose a conversation or shared experiment both people actually accept. The same aspect can be experienced differently in different circumstances. Angular separation does not produce a relationship-success percentage or guarantee of working well together.
