Use seven cards to reflect on security, creativity, intention, connection, expression, perspective and integration. This symbolic spread does not measure bodily or organ health.
Calculation and interpretation method
The original deck contains 22 major and 56 minor arcana. You select cards from a shuffled deck without repeating a card within one spread. Orientation is random when reversed cards are enabled; otherwise cards are read upright. Selection serves a symbolic reflection exercise.
Begin by choosing one of seven themes
Review stability, creativity, agency, connection, expression, perspective and meaning in order. Write an experience for each rather than seeking a measurement of the body. For expression, consider an unstated need; for stability, a routine that supports you. You need not change all seven subjects at once. One theme offering a finishable observation today can be enough.
Position names are symbolic life questions without measuring organs, energy levels or health. Record the actual behaviour a card prompts rather than treating it as an explanation of a medical symptom. End by asking which part of experience to share or which boundary to make room for.
The card, orientation and spread position
A card's theme, its spread position and its upright or reversed reading contribute together. Explore inward attention or a difficulty with the theme rather than treating reversal as simply a negative outcome. Cards do not repeat within one spread; a new spread makes another random selection. The Met source explains history and structure, while the original questions here belong to Starmora's reading method. A note combining your question, card and actual experience can make the symbol more concrete.
