First create an astrology chart with your birth date, time and place. Select your saved chart to see the signs and degrees of your Sun, Moon and ascendant.

Before starting, create a chart on the Astrology page using your birth date, accurate birth time and birthplace. Then select that saved chart from the list here. This tool brings together its Sun, Moon and ascendant placements; account for approximate birth times when reading the ascendant.

Calculation and interpretation method

The reading is generated using rules tied to signs, degrees, houses and aspects in your saved natal chart. The placements used are visible in each section. Theme views highlight relevant planets; the PDF contains the complete natal chart and original interpretation.

Read three placements through three questions

Write the Sun, Moon and ascendant entries beside one another. Ask where you express yourself for the Sun, what support helps for the Moon and how you enter a setting for the ascendant. Keep the questions separate even when two placements share a sign. Use a recent meeting to observe where these contexts differ. Let the chart degree remain a separate datum alongside the experience you describe.

Check recorded birth time and location for the ascendant because time changes can affect it quickly. Do not reshape an experience merely to fit the three-part summary. Continue to planets, houses and aspects for a more detailed reading.

The theme view and the whole chart

A theme page highlights relevant placements without removing the rest of your chart. The full chart and PDF retain the other sections. First match a reading's degrees, signs, houses and aspects against the table. If birth details change, check which recalculated chart you are using. Bring your own example instead of trying to fit a description. A reading feeling familiar and a calculated position being accurate are separate questions that can each be examined.
