This authority applies when the Sacral is defined and the Solar Plexus is undefined. The system emphasizes observing a physical response to a concrete option rather than an abstract life plan. Notice willingness, reluctance or uncertainty; a physical sensation does not replace facts and consequences.
An everyday example
Instead of asking what you want to do with your life, ask whether you want to attend this workshop for two hours on Saturday. An online or in-person format may change your response. A concrete option makes it easier to identify what you are responding to.
A common misunderstanding
Not everyone with a defined Sacral has Sacral authority: a defined Solar Plexus gives Emotional authority priority. A Sacral response does not establish unlimited work capacity. Consider willingness alongside time, rest and responsibilities.
A small reflection exercise
Break a topic into clear yes-or-no questions. Make a question more concrete where needed, and consider social pressure and actual capacity separately.
