Days 1–2: Record the event first
On day one, check birth details, type, authority and profile. On day two, choose a small decision and record the option, circumstances and action before fitting it to an interpretation. Not wanting to attend a meeting and declining because it was too long contain different information.
Days 3–4: Separate response and context
On day three, record an initial response to a similar option. On day four, see whether it changes with time or environment. Include sleep, time pressure, clarity and other people's expectations. Do not make the chart theme your only explanation.
Days 5–6: Compare profile and centers
On day five, choose an example related to one of your profile's two line themes. On day six, read the centers guide and consider how context affected the experience. Record a mismatch clearly. The aim is to compare the explanation with experience rather than rewrite experience to match it.
Day 7: Review and choose one small experiment
At the end of the week, compare fitting and non-fitting examples. Choose one reversible change for next week, such as asking for clearer scope or agreeing on a time to revisit a decision. Measure whether it helps you understand circumstances, rather than whether it confirms the chart. Seven days do not constitute scientific validation of the system.
